Attendee policy

  1. A valid registration is required to access the event.
  2. Admission is open to professional and business attendees who are involved or have a direct connection or interest in the subject area of the event, associated industries or organization.
  3. All participants must have a valid business email address for their registration to be accepted. Any registrations with a Hotmail, google, yahoo or similar domain name will not be accepted. 

Admissions policy

  1. Security checks will be conducted at all entry points and gateways. You may be asked to undergo bag checks. 
  2. Attendees will be required to provide photo I.D. and a business card or proof of employment before access to the event is granted.
  3. Attendees should be dressed in suitable business attire.
  4. Badges must be worn at all times within the event areas. Badges should be removed before exiting the venue. 
  5. Anyone obtaining a badge by theft, deception, or other illegal means will be asked to leave the event.
  6. Anyone attending the event must not take part in any demonstrations, objectionable behaviour, or wear offensive apparel or be involved in any activity that may disrupt the event.

Reservation of rights

The organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the event and the venue who do not comply with the attendee or admissions policies, or who they reasonably consider is likely to break these rules, or who is prohibited from attending under any applicable sanctions, laws, or regulations, or otherwise under the organizer’s discretion.  The organizer’s decision is final.
