With 17+ years in the energy sector, Evgeniya currently leads Kent's drive to become the preferred engineering, consulting, and project delivery firm in the Middle East and North Africa, with a strong focus on expanding in low-carbon and renewables.

Her career spans roles at Wood (formerly Amec Foster Wheeler), emphasizing sustainability and growth across the UK and Middle East. Actively engaged in the IRENA Alliance for Decarbonization and the Kent Sustainability Council, she fosters connections among like-minded organizations, driving sustainable solutions for global energy transition.

Academically, she holds a Master's in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen and a second Master's in International Marketing Management from Robert Gordon University.
