Luigi has designed a variety of processes for the low carbon market sector, including waste to synfuels, biomass to BioSNG and waste plastics to chemicals.  He has also provided technical due diligence on licensor technology, such as gasification units and pyrolysis units, Acid Gas Removal units and methanation systems. He recently completed the FEED for HyNet, a Blue Hydrogen Plant at Stanlow Refinery UK; he provided technical evaluation and integration of the hydrogen purification unit and delivered the engineering package and integration of an amine-based carbon dioxide capture unit. He is currently designing a 100MW green hydrogen electrolysis plant.
