Malte Neumeier is an experienced project manager with nearly 15 years of international expertise in the renewable energy sector, focusing on wind energy, solar energy and storage. During his five-year tenure at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), he led the "Aerothermie" project and also contributed to the development of DLR's wind energy research farm "WiValdi" (Wind-Validation).

In May 2024, he transitioned to a new role at plenum, where he is now involved in management consulting and trusted advisory within the energy, finance and insurance industries.

Previously, Malte gained extensive expertise in the international renewable energy industry, concentrating on the design, project development, and asset management of distributed and utility-scale energy systems in the LATAM region.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Malte is an enthusiastic traveler and dancer, living by the motto: "Follow your passion."
