Rebecca joined Johnson Matthey (JM) in 2020 as Strategy Director, working on developing our strategy for the energy transition. Prior to JM, Rebecca worked for McKinsey and Company for seven years across a range of strategy and transformation roles. Rebecca’s background is in science, with a DPhil from Oxford University.
