Born in 1972, after graduating in Law he obtained master’s degree in Human Resources Management and in Business Administration. After a brief experience as municipal secretary, he began his career in business administration, dealing in particular with public works and asset & property management.

In 2010, he joined CAP Group, first as General Manager and now, in view of the expansion of the Group's activities from the water sector to the environment sector, as General Counseling and Procurement Director and General Manager of CAP Evolution, inaugurating precisely a season marked by the integration of the development strategy with the world of waste management and circular economy. He is also General Manager of Alfa Varese and, from 2021, Chairman of Neutalia S.r.l., the company that manages the Borsano waste-to-energy plant.
