Isabel is Director of Social Performance and Sustainability at Ipieca and leads the work for a number of Ipieca working groups including Reporting, Sustainable Development, Social Responsibility and Human Rights. Isabel has worked in the industry for many years, moving from external communications to social investment programmes and then to social and human rights impact and risk management. Prior to Ipieca, Isabel has held various senior roles in multinational organisations including, BP, ExxonMobil and Petrofac.
