As Kent’s first Vice President of Sustainability, Emma Scott will lead the company through a real sustainability journey that creates genuine, meaningful, positive change. With 15 years of experience in sustainability roles in the energy industry and an MSc in Environmental Management, Emma will be working with a team of similarly passionate people across the company to take vital steps to tackle the sustainability-related topics where Kent can make the most significant impact.

Emma has a real passion for the environment, which is illustrated by her proactive approach to sustainability by providing strong support, guidance, and leadership to ensure sustainability and environmental objectives are not just met but surpassed. As Vice President of Sustainability at Kent, Emma will harness the energy within to create an authentic programme, which will not hide from ugly truths but be brave enough, to be honest, transparent, and challenge the norm, making change for the better.
