Corey is Managing Director for Investments at the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) where he invests catalytic capital into sustainable, scalable ventures and solutions for the climate and energy transition in emerging markets.

Corey began his career as an M&A banker at Goldman Sachs in energy, infrastructure and technology across Africa, Asia-Pacific and Europe.

After Goldman Sachs, Corey joined the investments team at Vivo Energy – the largest independent pan-African energy distributor – where he worked on the IPO and acquisitions of energy assets across Africa.

Before joining GEAPP, Corey was part of the principal investing and merchant banking arms of DAI – an international development firm tackling the challenges to economic development through public and private solutions across nearly 100+ markets.

Corey holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons I) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Sydney.
