Anish De serves as KPMG’s Global Head for Energy, Natural Resources, and Chemicals (ENRC). He has over 27 years of experience in energy sector consulting. As an acclaimed energy sector expert, Anish has undertaken pioneering work in energy sector policy reforms, corporate strategy, transformation and technology. Anish is a key member of KPMG’s Global Climate Change and Decarbonization leadership.

Since 2017 Anish has led the ENRC sector for KPMG in India and created a successful profile and market presence. Anish took over as global sector head for ENRC for KPMG in August 2022. Under his leadership ENRich, KPMG India’s energy and resources event, has pivoted to become a globally acclaimed event, and a platform for engagement of senior energy leaders from across the world.

Anish has been a regular contributor to the Economic Times, CNBC, Powerline, and other business and trade publications. He has been a member of several governmental task forces and committees on energy. In his current role Anish connects closely with UN Organizations and MDBs, IEA, IRENA and other key agencies on energy and climate matters.
