Andrea is passionate about people, future and technology, particularly the inner technology of the human being, which he considers key in this era of exponential acceleration. He finds fulfillment in connecting and nurturing individuals, as well as building and energizing teams that tackle transformative challenges. Throughout his career, he has focused on aligning project requirements with people's motivational drivers and needs. Andrea designed and orchestrated the activities of Saipem's first innovation lab, established a research office for geopolitical, socioeconomic, and technological trends, dealt with critical skills development and is currently responsible for Saipem Sustainable People Strategy. As a Wellbeing Designer, he aspires to create generative relationships that integrate productivity with the enhancement of personal well-being.
